Cotton Spandex Fabric(also called cotton elastane or cotton Lycra) is a blend of natural cotton fibers and synthetic spandex (typically 95–98% cotton + 2–5% spandex). This combination merges the best qualities of both materials.

Key Characteristics:
1. Stretch & Recovery:Spandex adds 4-way stretch (fabric stretches *widthwise* and *lengthwise*).
 Excellent snap-back recovery (returns to original shape after stretching).

2. Comfort & Breathability:
Cotton's softness and breathability + spandex's flexibility.
 Ideal for form-fitting garments that need to move with the body.

3. Durability:
More resistant to wrinkles and shrinkage than 100% cotton.
 Spandex reinforces the fabric, reducing wear at stress points (e.g., knees, elbows).

4. Drape & Structure:
- Flows smoothly without losing shape (great for leggings, dresses, and athletic wear).
 

Cotton spandex twill fabric, normally use 21S, 40S, 16S cotton yarns and 70D spandex yarn.

Cotton spandex twill fabric often used in the production of casual clothing, such as pants, coats, dresses, halter tops, etc., also work uniforms, school uniforms and other fields.

Production process: Generally woven on air jet loom, through mercerizing, singeing, calendering, grinding, washing, dyeing and other sophisticated processes.
