A:Please contact our custom service to advise your detail request, we will prepare free hangers
for you ASAP. And normally for the first-time cooperation, the postage charge would be by
customer's account. After you placing orders, we will send free samples by our account.

5. Q: What is your Minimum quantity ?
A:Usually for basic products, 1500yds/color for one style. But for digital print more than 5 meters
for each pattern. For basic products If you can not reach our minimum quantity, please contact
our sales to send some models which we have ready goods, and offer you prices for placing order
directly.
6. Q: How about the package?
A:(1) In roll packing with tubes and plastic bags
(2) In roll package with plastic bag or carton by container
(3) According to customers' request
(4) Usually about 60 yards 50meter 20kg/roll, or according to customers' request
(5) Customized hanger tag, paper tapes and stamping or according to customers' request.
7. Q: How about the delivery time?
A:For basic products usually within 30 working days after receiving 30% deposit. And the exact
delivery date is according to your style and quantity. For digital print products the order less than
100 meters: 1-5days; 100-5000 meters: 15-20days; More than 5000 meters: 30-35days.
8. Q: What is the payment term if we place the order?
A:T/T ,L/C PAYPAL are all available.
9. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM
A:Yes. We accept OEM/ODM.It will depend on your requests; your logo will be customized on our
products.The picture of the pattern you provide should larger than 300DPI, formats as AI,PDF,
JPG,PSD,TIFF are all acceptable.
