Digital print fabric is textiles fabric,which printed by using computer-controlled inkjet technology, where designs are directly applied onto fabric from digital files (e.g., JPEG, AI, PSD). This method revolutionized textile printing by replacing traditional screen printing with a faster, more flexible, and eco-friendly process.

Core Principles & Process:
1. Design Preparation:
- Artwork is created/edited digitally (using software like Photoshop or Illustrator).

2. Fabric Pretreatment:

3. Printing:

4.Fixation:
- Steam, heat, or chemicals bond the ink to fibers (e.g., steaming at 102°C for reactive dyes).

The processes of polyester microfiber as below:

1.Weaving:The special loom machines weave yarn fibers to plain or twill gray fabric.

2.Pre-treatment-Scouring: Remove oil, dirty spots, and impurities from the base fabric to improve its hydrophilicity.
Bleaching: Enhance the whiteness of the fabric and prepare it for subsequent dyeing or printing(this step is more crucial if a light or white fabric is required)

3.Brushing/Sanding - Core step: Use a brushing machine (such as sand rollers, carding rollers, or carbon fiber brush rollers) to rub the fabric surface, causing the fiber ends to fluff up and form a soft pile layer. The intensity and frequency of brushing can adjust the length and density of the pile.

4.Dyeing or printing - Select disperse dyes (commonly used for polyester) and apply color to the fabric through high-temperature and high-pressure or hot melt dyeing processes to ensure color fastness and uniformity.

5.Heat Setting - Use high temperatures (about 180-220°C) to set the shape of the dyed fabric, stabilize the fabric structure, reduce shrinkage, and improve surface flatness.

6.Packaging - Check the fabric for color differences, pile uniformity, strength, etc., and package the qualified products according to specifications for storage.
